Roland Sanchez-Medina, Jr. is a founding partner of SMGQ Law whose practice spans corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, securities, joint ventures, finance, board governance, and real estate transactions—including financing and international inbound tax planning. He advises a diverse roster of public and large privately held businesses, both domestic and international, drawing on deep technical expertise and strategic insight. Roland earned his B.B.A. (cum laude) from the University of Miami, his J.D. with honors from Boston College Law School, and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University. He holds an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell and has been recognized in Florida Trend’s Legal Elite, SuperLawyers, and Best Lawyers in America.
